Live with George Perrin MBE

You've read your report. You know your strengths. But knowing them and leading with them are two different things — and that's the gap this workshop closes.

A free 60-minute live workshop that takes you deeper into the four leadership strengths — and shows you the path from knowing your type to leading with it, on purpose.

Free to attend. We'll send joining details and reminders by email.

The opportunity

Turn your report into a plan.

Now — your report

You've read your report. You know your mix of strengths — but they're blurred together, and turning that self-knowledge into different behaviour is where you get stuck.

Four strengths identified — but no plan for which to sharpen and which to build a team around.

After — your plan

You have a plan: sharpen your two strongest strengths and build a team that brings the other two — so all four are covered, on purpose.

Two strengths sharpened. Two brought in through your team. All four covered.

Join me live to see the four strengths in action — and to understand how the leadership potential you've glimpsed in your report becomes a practice you can build on for a year and beyond.

The workshop

What we'll cover.

Four sessions, one live 60-minute workshop. Every minute is designed to take you from reading your report to seeing your leadership differently.

01

The four leadership strengths — in depth

We go beyond the snapshot in your report. I'll unpack what each temperament actually looks like day-to-day: how Ambitious leaders make decisions, how Pragmatic leaders manage risk, how Influential leaders build momentum, and how Empathetic leaders hold teams together — and what happens when each one is overplayed.

02

Real-world case studies from my coaching

Anonymised stories from 25 years of coaching cultural leaders. You'll meet an Ambitious artistic director who learned to slow down, a Pragmatic producer who found her voice, an Influential freelancer who learned to finish — and recognise yourself in the patterns.

03

Live demo coaching session

I'll coach a volunteer live on stage, working with their actual LeaderStrengths profile so you can see the method in action — the questions, the reframes, and the specific moves that turn self-knowledge into different behaviour.

04

Open clinic: your results, your questions

The floor opens to you. Bring your report, bring your questions, and I'll work through how to make the most of your specific strengths — live, in real time, with the room.

Is this for you?

This workshop is for you if…

You've done the assessment and seen your strengths — and you want to understand them more deeply.

You can see leadership potential in yourself, but you're not sure how to turn that into consistent, intentional practice.

You want to see what real coaching looks like before committing to a longer programme.

You lead a team or organisation in the arts and cultural sector and want to understand how the four temperaments interact.

You're curious about how your strengths shape who you need around you — and how to build that ensemble.

You're ready to move from self-awareness to genuine development, and want to know what the next step looks like.

Free to attend. We'll send joining details and reminders by email.

Your assessment and report told you who you are. This workshop gives you the tools to do it on purpose.

Who's teaching this

Hi, I'm George.

George Perrin MBE

I'm George Perrin MBE — an executive coach and cultural leadership specialist with over 25 years working with senior leaders across the arts and cultural sector.

I developed LeaderStrength™ because I kept seeing the same pattern in my coaching practice: brilliant, capable leaders who didn't have language for their own strengths — and so kept hitting the same walls, over and over. Once they could see themselves clearly, everything changed.

This workshop is where that self-knowledge turns into something practical. I'll show you the method I use with my year-long coaching clients — the reframes, the case studies, the specific moves — so you can decide for yourself whether deeper, structured development is right for you.
